CERAshell is an additively manufactured, porous ‘shell’ tool
coated with a functional ceramic surface which is machined,
polished, laser drilled and laser textured.


The shell tool is primarily used for the thermoforming process, in
particular for the IMG-S (In Mould Graining Skin) and for the PU
Spray Skin process.


An alternative to high cost, time consuming traditional Galvano
tooling process (Electroform).
